The invention provides a building warehouse elevator. The building warehouse elevator comprises a stand column frame, a lifting frame and a lift car, wherein the lifting frame is slidably mounted on the stand column frame in the vertical direction; the lift car is mounted on the lifting frame and comprises a box body, a front door and a rear door; the lifting frame comprises a left lifting column, a right lifting column and a top beam; the rear parts of the left side face and the right side face of the box body are rotationally connected with the left lifting column and the right lifting column in a matched mode through first connecting shafts respectively, and the gravity center of the box body is located on the front side of the lifting frame; and a control mechanism is mounted on the top beam and comprises a connecting piece which is connected with the front portion of the box body and is adjustable in length, and the connecting piece is used for controlling the box body to keep horizontal relative to the lifting frame or to turn forwards and backwards around the axes of the first connecting shafts through length changes. According to the building warehouse elevator, the gravity center of the box body is located on the front side of the lifting frame, the box body can be turned forwards as long as the connecting piece is loosened, and overturning is very convenient; and meanwhile, the distance between the rear side of the box body and a building warehouse is shortened, and connection between the stand column frame and the building warehouse is facilitated.

    本发明提供了一种楼房仓库升降机,包括:立柱框架;升降架,沿上下方向滑动安装在立柱框架上;轿厢,安装在升降架上,轿厢包括箱体、前门和后门;升降架包括左升降柱、右升降柱及顶梁;箱体左右侧面的后部分别通过第一连接轴与左升降柱和右升降柱转动配合连接,箱体的重心位于升降架的前侧;顶梁上安装有控制机构,控制机构包括与箱体前部进行连接且长度可调的连接件,连接件用于通过长度的变化控制箱体相对于升降架保持水平或者是绕第一连接轴的轴线前后翻转。本发明中箱体的重心位于升降架前侧,并且只要连接件一松即可使箱体向前翻转,翻转十分方便。同时,缩短了箱体后侧到楼房仓库之间的距离,方便立柱框架与楼房仓库之间的连接。
