The invention discloses a detection method for recognizing and continuously turning on a vehicle high beam. The method is used for recognizing the state of the vehicle high beam and the continuously turning on state according to the change rule of the light beam deviation angle and the irradiation distance of the vehicle high beam. The method specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, setting an effective view field range according to the characteristics of a camera; 2, capturing a vehicle in an effective view field of the camera, calculating a deviation angle and an irradiation distance of a light beam center of a vehicle headlamp, and judging whether the turned-on headlamp of the vehicle is the high beam; and step 3, performing continuous snapshot on the target vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle continuously turns on the high beam according to the relationship among the position of the vehicle, the deviation angle of the headlamp beam and the irradiation distance. The method is suitable for a vehicle video monitoring environment of road traffic, and has the characteristics of low development cost, simplicity in operation, small calculation amount, high judgment accuracy, easiness in maintenance and the like.

    本发明公开了一种车辆远光灯识别和持续开启的检测方法,根据车辆远光灯的光束偏移角度与照射距离的变化规律,识别车辆远光灯和持续开启的状态。具体包含以下步骤:步骤1:根据摄像头的特点,设置有效视场范围;步骤2:在摄像头的有效视场内抓拍车辆,计算车辆前照灯光束中心的偏移角度和照射距离,判断车辆开启的前照灯是否为远光灯;步骤3:对目标车辆进行连续抓拍,根据车辆的位置、前照灯光束偏移角度和照射距离的关系,判断车辆是否持续开启远光灯。本发明适用于道路交通的车辆视频监测环境中,具有开发成本低、操作简单、计算量小、判别准确性高、易于维护等特点。
