The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery pack thermal control system and method based on air cooling-PCM. A temperature control module of the system is connected with a temperature acquisition module, a heat dissipation module, a heating module and ventilation opening switch modules; the temperature acquisition module is fixedly installed on the surface of a battery pack module; the ventilation opening switch modules are fixedly installed at the two ends of the battery pack module, and the heat dissipation module is installed on one side of the ventilation opening switch modules. The phase change material module is fixedly mounted in the battery pack module, and the heating module is fixedly mounted in the phase change material module. In the method, the temperature of the battery pack of the electric vehicle is controlled by selecting a heating mode, a heat dissipation mode and a stable mode. The system has the advantages of being simple in structure and good in heat dissipation and heating effect, the average temperature of the battery pack of the electric vehicle can be controlled within the optimal temperature range of a battery, the maximum temperature difference of the battery pack is reduced, meanwhile, the total weight of the battery pack is small, and guarantee is provided for safe operation and cruising ability of the electric vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种基于风冷‑PCM的电动汽车电池组热控制系统和方法。本发明系统的温度控制模块分别与温度采集模块、散热模块、加热模块和通风口开关模块相连,温度采集模块固定安装于电池组模块表面,通风口开关模块固定安装在电池组模块两端,散热模块安装在通风口开关模块一侧,相变材料模块固定安装在电池组模块中,加热模块固定安装在相变材料模块中。方法中通过选择加热模式、散热模式和稳定模式三种模式,实现电动汽车电池组温度的控制。本发明具有结构简单,散热和加温效果好的特点,能够将电动汽车电池组平均温度控制在电池的最佳温度范围内,并降低电池组最大温差,同时电池组的总重量较轻,为电动汽车的安全运行和续航能力提供保障。
