The invention discloses an elevator fault monitoring method and device. According to the elevator fault monitoring method, real-time video information, collected by an AI camera, in an elevator car is received, and whether an elevator has operation faults or not is intelligently recognized according to the real-time video information, wherein the operation faults include no opening of a hoistway door, non-flat-layer stop and door opening during operation; and if the elevator has the operation faults, the real-time video information and elevator fault alarm information are sent to a machine room local side. Therefore, the problems that a single detection function is achieved in an existing elevator fault monitoring mode, and the life safety of people cannot be effectively guaranteed are solved.

    本发明公开一种电梯故障监测方法及装置。该电梯故障监测方法通过接收AI摄像机采集的电梯轿厢内的实时视频信息,根据所述实时视频信息,智能识别所述电梯是否产生运行故障,其中,所述运行故障包括厅门未开启、非平层停梯以及运行中开门,如果所述电梯产生运行故障,向机房局端发送所述实时视频信息以及电梯故障报警信息,解决了现有的电梯故障监测方式的检测功能较为单一,无法有效起到保障人们生命安全的作用的问题。
