The invention discloses a track shoe with a terrain self-adaption function and a track shoe energy utilization system. A caterpillar track section is connected to the center of the upper end of a bridge plate; left and right wing plates are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the bridge plate, and the inner ends of the left and right wing plates are rotatably connected with the left and right ends of the bridge plate through transverse hinge pins correspondingly; and the left and right sides of the lower part of the track section are correspondingly hinged with the left and right wing plates through first and second hydraulic cylinders. According to the track shoe energy utilization system, a P port of an auxiliary reversing valve is connected with an oil outlet of a first quick connector in the track shoe, and an A port of the auxiliary reversing valve is in communication with a rodless cavity of a hydraulic cylinder. According to the track shoe energy utilization system, the port P of the auxiliary reversing valve is connected with an oil outlet of a collecting pipeline, the collecting pipeline is connected with the oil outlets of the first quick connector and an oil outlet of a second quick connector in a plurality of track shoes through a plurality of branch pipelines, and the port A of the auxiliary reversing valve is in communication with the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder. The track shoe has the terrain self-adaptive capacity and is long in service life; and the system can collect energy and reuse the energy.
