The invention belongs to the field of hydraulic trolleys, and particularly discloses a dual-brake mechanism for start-stop protection of a hydraulic trolley. A brake gear disc concentric with a wheel is fixedly mounted on the inner side surface of the wheel, a first brake mechanism is arranged at the top of the brake gear disc, and a second brake mechanism is arranged on a front surface; the first brake mechanism comprises a braking gear and a driving motor; and the second brake mechanism comprises a guide sleeve, a brake disc and a hydraulic cylinder, the second brake mechanism sleeve the guide sleeve in a sliding mode, and the second brake mechanism is used for transversely moving on the guide sleeve under driving of the hydraulic cylinder and limiting rotation of the brake gear disc. The dual-brake mechanism is arranged on one side of the wheels of the hydraulic trolley, a drive motor is used for driving a brake gear to rotate, mesh with the periphery of the brake gear disc and limit rotation, a hydraulic cylinder is used for driving the brake disc to move transversely, and rotation of the brake gear disc is further limited through mutual restraining of convex insections on the opposite surfaces of the brake disc and the brake gear disc; and due to double brake, the braking accuracy is effectively guaranteed, and braking delay is avoided.

    本发明属于液压台车领域,具体公开了一种液压台车启停保护用双重制动机构,车轮内侧面固定安装有与其同心的刹车齿轮盘,刹车齿轮盘顶部设置有第一制动机构,其正面设置有第二制动机构;第一制动机构包括制动齿轮和驱动电机;第二制动机构包括导向套、制动盘和液压缸,滑动套设在导向套外部,用于在液压缸的驱动下在导向套上横移,并限制刹车齿轮盘的转动。本发明在液压台车的车轮一侧设置双重制动机构,利用驱动电机带动制动齿轮转动,与刹车齿轮盘外围啮合,限制其转动,利用液压缸驱动制动盘横移,通过制动盘与刹车齿轮盘相对面上的凸齿纹相互牵制,进一步限制刹车齿轮盘的转动;双重制动有效保证了刹车时的精准度,避免刹车延时。
