The forming process is characterized in that the hub product is manufactured by combining a mold pressing process with SMC/BMC prepregs, and specifically, the forming process comprises the steps that S1, a hub framework is manufactured by adopting long carbon fibers through the mold pressing process; S2, flaky epoxy resin prepregs of the short fibers are manufactured into a plurality of prefabricated sheets capable of being spliced with one another through an SMC/BMC technology, and the structure can completely cover the surface of the hub framework; S3, the prefabricated sheets are gradually attached to the surface of the hub framework in the step S1 to obtain a composite hub prefabricated product; and S4, the composite hub prefabricated product is subjected to hot melting curing forming through secondary curing forming, so that the spliced flaky epoxy resin prepregs are fused, and the flaky epoxy resin prepregs and the hub framework are fused to obtain the carbon fiber composite hub finished product. The hub manufactured through the process is smooth in surface and high in internal impact resistance and strength, and a subsequent spraying process is not needed.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维复合材料轮毂成型工艺及其产品,涉及轮毂制作技术领域。包括:采用模压工艺与SMC/BMC预浸料相结合制作轮毂产品,具体为:S1.采用长碳纤维通过模压工艺制作轮毂骨架;S2.通过SMC/BMC工艺将短纤维的片状环氧树脂预浸料制作成多块可以相互拼合的预制片,该结构能够完全包围在轮毂骨架表面;S3.将预制片逐步贴附在步骤S1的轮毂骨架表面得到复合材料轮毂预制品;S4.通过二次固化成型将复合材料轮毂预制品热熔固化成型,使拼合后的各块片状环氧树脂预浸料、各块片状环氧树脂预浸料与轮毂骨架相互熔合,得到碳纤维复合材料轮毂成品。本发明制作的轮毂表面光洁、内部的抗冲击性和强度大,不需要后续的喷涂工艺。
