The first hot-pressing part moves relative to the second hot-pressing part to be attached to the second hot-pressing part and carries out hot pressing on the membrane electrode; a groove matched with a membrane electrode in size and shape can be formed in the second hot-pressing part according to the size and shape of the membrane electrode, the membrane electrode is placed in the groove, a protrusion matched with the membrane electrode in size and shape can be formed in the first hot-pressing part, the protrusion is matched with the groove in shape and size, and the protrusion is inserted into the groove. According to the hot-pressing plate, different mold structures can be formed according to membrane electrodes with different sizes, namely, the hot-pressing structure and the mold structures form an integrated structure, so the problem that different molds need to be mounted on the membrane electrodes with different sizes in the hot-pressing plate of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell is solved.
