The invention discloses a transmission shaft heat insulation type power switching device for an electric vehicle, and particularly relates to the technical field of transmission shaft switching devices.The transmission shaft heat insulation type power switching device comprises an engine, a left shell, a generator and a right shell, the generator is arranged at the bottom end of the engine, and a flywheel set is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the engine; the bottom end of the flywheel set and the top end of the generator are fixedly connected with movable grooves correspondingly, a left shell is arranged on one side between the interiors of the movable grooves, and a right shell is arranged on the other side between the interiors of the movable grooves. A heat dissipation structure is arranged between the inner side of the left shell and the inner side of the right shell, when a transmission shaft is driven by a generator to rotate, fan blades fixedly connected to the periphery of the outer side of a fixing block rotate along with the transmission shaft, heat dissipation holes and gauze which are evenly formed are matched, and generated wind power is used for dissipating heat and cooling the transmission shaft in the device; and the distance between the generator and the engine is increased, so that mutual transfer of heat is effectively blocked.

    本发明公开了一种用于电动车辆的传动轴隔热式动力转接装置,具体涉及传动轴转接装置技术领域,包括发动机、左壳体、发电机和右壳体,所述发动机的底端设置有发电机,所述发动机的底端固定连接有飞轮组,所述飞轮组的底端与发电机的顶端分别固定连接有活动槽,且活动槽内部之间的一侧设置有左壳体,所述活动槽内部之间的另一侧设置有右壳体。本发明通过在左壳体与右壳体的内侧之间设置有散热结构,当传动轴在发电机的带动下进行自转时,固定块外侧四周固定连接的扇叶便随之转动,配合均匀设置的散热孔与纱网,以产生的风力对装置内部的传动轴进行散热降温,且增加了发电机与发动机之间的距离,有效阻隔了热量之间相互传递。
