The invention discloses an electric air conditioner wind side PTC energy-saving control logic design method. The method comprises the steps that PTC heating modules of a whole automobile are divided, the PTC heating modules are controlled through two high-voltage relays, the operating power of the first PTC heating module and the operating power of thea second PTC heating module are set, the control signal output end of a whole automobile controller is electrically connected with a first high-voltage relay and a second high-voltage relay, and operation power switching control is performed according to the corresponding switching control instruction; the first high-voltage relay and the second high-voltage relay are used for selecting the corresponding switching control instruction to perform operation power switching control on the first PTC heating module and the second PTC heating module, so that the cost can be saved; and through simple calibration, PTC energy-saving control can be carried out on the electric air conditioner on the premise that energy consumption and comfort are both considered, and the cruising ability of the electric automobile can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动空调风侧PTC节能控制逻辑设计方法,包括将汽车整车的PTC加热模组划分、利用两个高压继电器对PTC加热模组进行控制、设置第一PTC加热模块和第二PTC加热模块的运行功率、整车控制器的控制信号输出端分别与第一高压继电器和第二高压继电器电性连接、根据对应的切换控制指令进行运行功率切换控制;通过利用第一高压继电器和第二高压继电器选择对应的切换控制指令对第一PTC加热模块和第二PTC加热模块进行运行功率切换控制,可以在实现节约成本的同时,通过简单的标定即可实现在兼顾能耗与舒适性的前提下对电动空调的进行PTC节能控制,可以有效提高电动汽车的续航能力。
