The invention discloses a frame locking mechanism for folding and unfolding limiting. Themechanism comprises a frame body and a seat plate arranged above the frame body, the seat plate is fixedly connected with the frame body through a supporting assembly, the frame body comprises a frame rear beam for mounting the supporting assembly and a frame front beam for supporting a handrail assembly, the frame front beam and the frame rear beam are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft, the supporting assembly comprises two sets of first seat supporting rollers and second seat supporting rollers which are arranged on the two sides of the seat plate, each set of first seat supporting rollers and second seat supporting rollers are rotatably connected, the upper end of each second seat supporting roller is provided with a connecting end connected with a backrest, and a connecting end is arranged at the upper end of each first seat supporting roller and is rotatably connected with the bottom of the seat plate. According to the invention, a traditional frame body is arranged to be a foldable structure, the locking assembly is matched to lock the use state and the storage state, and therefore the requirements of old people for an electric bicycle are met, and practicability is high.
