    The invention provides a road condition information determination method and device, electronic equipment and a readable medium, and relates to the field of artificial intelligence, in particular to the field of intelligent traffic. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first historical trajectory data of a target road section within a preset time period before a current moment; obtaining a plurality of adjacent frame images for the target road section in a preset time period before the current moment in response to determining that the target road section at the current moment meets the preset condition; acquiring a first historical track image of the target road section based on the first historical track data; and determining road condition information of the target road section by using a pre-trained neural network model based on the first historical track image and the plurality of adjacent frame images.
