The invention relates to a motion posture acquisition device for a commercial vehicle cab, and belongs to the technical field of automobile damping suspensions. The device comprises an acceleration sensor for detecting an acceleration signal of the cab; a displacement sensor which is used for detecting a displacement signal of the lower suspension bracket; and a controller which is used for acquiring the acceleration signal and performing integral operation to obtain the speed of the cab. The controller obtains the displacement signal and performs differential operation to obtain the speed of the lower suspension bracket; the controller obtains a speed difference according to the difference between the speed of the cab and the speed of the lower suspension support, converts the speed difference into an electric signal and outputs the electric signal to an electric control vibration reduction system of the cab. The controller can directly obtain the displacement signal of the lower suspension support to carry out differential operation to obtain the speed of the lower suspension support. The controller obtains the acceleration signal of the cab and performs integral operation to obtain the speed of the cab. Control delay caused by signal distortion due to the fact that an acceleration sensor is independently used and an integral algorithm is used is avoided.
