The invention discloses a laser contour-based wheel set detection system and method and a medium, belongs to a contour wheel set automatic detection technology and aims to solve the problems that a traditional manual detection method wastes time and labor and a laser contour detection method is low in sampling rate. The method of the invention comprises the steps that: a data processing module establishes a tread smoothing model according to tread smoothing part point cloud data collected by L3 and L4, and a obtains a loss function equation model through ridge regression fitting; the data processing module establishes a tread rim model according to tread rim part point cloud data collected by the L3 and the L4, and obtains a simulation equation model through calculation by adopting a least square method; and the two models are integrated, a learning library in the Python packet is called to establish a fitting equation model, a tread curve is modeled, performing tread fitting to calculate the base point and the lowest point of a rim, and the height and the width of the rim are solved. Compared with traditional manual work, the method has the advantages of high efficiency, high precision, stability and low cost, and is easier to install compared with a 2D image.

    本发明公开了基于激光轮廓的轮对检测系统、方法和介质,涉及轮廓轮对自动检测技术,解决了传统人工检测方法费时费力,激光轮廓检测方法的采样率低的问题。本发明包括数据处理模块依据L3和L4采集到的踏面平滑部分点云数据建立踏面平滑模型并采用岭回归拟合得到损失函数方程模型,数据处理模块依据L3和L4采集到的踏面轮缘部分点云数据建立踏面轮缘模型并采用最小二乘法计算得到模拟方程模型;用于综合两种模型并调用Python包中的学习库建立拟合方程模型同时建模踏面曲线,并进行踏面拟合推算轮缘基点,最低点,求得轮缘高度与宽度。本发明相比传统人工具有高效率,高精度,稳定,低成本的优势,相比于2D图像更简易安装。
