The invention relates to a feeding system which comprises a storeroom, a travelling crane system arranged at the top in the storeroom and capable of moving front and back, a base arranged at the bottom in the storeroom, a grabbing assembly, an unloading assembly and a discharging assembly. The grabbing assembly is arranged on the travelling crane system, and the unloading assembly and the discharging assembly are both arranged on the base. The grabbing assembly comprises a grab bucket, a trolley and a limiter; the trolley is fixed to the moving end of the travelling crane system and can move left and right, and the grab bucket is arranged at the bottom of the trolley and can ascend and descend. The system further comprises an automatic control system. By means of the feeding system, automatic grabbing, unloading and outputting of materials are achieved, so that the automation degree is greatly improved, manual participation is not needed, the labor intensity is remarkably reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, operators are prevented from being affected by occupational diseases such as dust and noise; and in addition, the system also has an automatic anti-blocking function so as to ensure that the system can normally and effectively operate for a long time.

    本发明涉及一种进料系统,包括库房、设于库房内部顶部并可前后移动的行车系统以及设于库房内部底部的基座,还包括抓料组件、卸料组件和出料组件;抓料组件设于行车系统上,卸料组件和出料组件均设于基座上;抓料组件包括抓斗、小车和限位器;小车固定在行车系统的移动端上并可左右移动,抓斗设于小车底部并可升降;还包括自动控制系统;本发明实现了物料的自动抓取、卸放和输出以大幅提高了自动化程度,且无需人工参与以显著减小了劳动强度并提高了工作效率,同时使作业人员免受粉尘、噪音等职业病影响;此外,本发明还具备自动防堵功能以保证系统能长时间正常有效运行。
