The invention relates to a device and method for controlling and adjusting the assembling angle of a front sliding column assembly and a steering knuckle assembly. The device is composed of a knuckle assembly positioning structure, a front sliding column assembly positioning structure and an angle adjustment structure; the knuckle assembly positioning structure is mainly composed of two V-shaped positioning blocks, a tightening bolt and a bottom plate; the front sliding column assembly positioning structure is composed of a front positioning support, an adjusting pin and a rear positioning support; and the angle adjusting structure comprises an adjusting plate, a height adjusting seat, an adjusting base and a rotating shaft. The adjusting device fully considers platformization and generalization, and the angle therebetween is designed into an adjustable structure, so that angle adjustment and optimization are facilitated; according to the adjusting method, characteristic elements of the front sliding column assembly are selected for positioning, angle control and adjustment are completed in the mode of rotating the inclined plane angle and the adjusting pin, the installation angles of the front sliding column assembly and the steering knuckle assembly can be accurately controlled, and the requirements of suspension adjustment in the product trial-manufacturing stage and multiple products on the same platform are rapidly met.

    本发明涉及一种前滑柱总成与转向节总成装配角度控制及快速调整装置,由转向节总成定位结构、前滑柱总成定位结构和角度调整结构构成,转向节总成定位结构主要由2个V型定位块、拧紧螺栓和底板组成,前滑柱总成定位结构,主要由前定位支撑、调整销和后定位支撑组成,角度调整结构,包括调整板、高度调整座、调整底座和旋转轴。调整装置充分考虑平台化和通用化,两者之间角度设计成可以调节的结构,以方便角度调整和优化;调整方法通过选取前滑柱总成上的特征要素定位,采用旋转斜面角度和调整销的方式完成角度控制和调整,可以精确的控制前滑柱总成和转向节总成的安装角度,快速满足产品试制阶段悬架调校、同平台多产品的需要。
