本发明公开了一种极低航速、紧凑式泵推进系统进水流道几何及其设计方法,包括流道几何由流道出口圆、轴面投影曲线和进口截面曲线在三维CAD软件中曲面放样得到。所述流道出口圆直径等于泵进口直径;所述轴面投影曲线由流道倾角、径向安装高度和弯管段上壁面圆弧半径三个几何参数控制;所述进口截面曲线是方形与半椭圆形组合曲线,由流道出口直径和流道倾角控制;所述轴面投影曲线的上壁面包括弯管段、过渡段和背部圆弧段,下壁面包括弯管段和唇部圆弧部,取消中高航速流道的斜直管段,具有径向最矮、轴向最短的几何外形特征。所设计进水流道设计航速12节,流道倾角25度,流道出口直径1米、径向安装高度0.7米、弯管段上壁面半径2.42米、轴向总长4.18米,流道出口的速度不均匀度系数0.137,无流动分离和空化产生,与泵匹配后总推进效率不低于0.5,实现了极低航速流道在最矮、最短条件下的参数化设计。设计方法适用于典型艉板式喷泵、浸没式喷泵以及内置式泵喷推进系统,推广应用后可有效促进泵推进系统在特种推进平台上的工程应用。

    The invention discloses a water inlet passage of a compact pump propulsion system with extremely low navigational speed and a design method of a water inlet passage. The flow channel geometry is obtained by curve lofting of a flow channel outlet circle, an axial plane projection curve and an inlet section curve in three-dimensional CAD software. The diameter of an outlet circle of the runner is equal to that of a pump inlet; the axial surface projection curve is controlled by three geometric parameters, namely a flow channel inclination angle, a radial mounting height and an arc radius of the upper wall surface of the bent pipe section; the section curve of the inlet is a square and semi-elliptical combined curve and is controlled by the diameter of the outlet of the flow channel and the inclination angle of the flow channel; the upper wall face of the axial plane projection curve comprises a bent pipe section, a transition section and a back arc section, the lower wall face of the axial plane projection curve comprises a bent pipe section and a lip arc part, an inclined straight pipe section of a medium-high navigational speed flow channel is omitted, and the radial shortest and axial shortest geometric appearance characteristics are achieved. According to the designed water inlet flow channel, the navigational speed is 12 sections, the inclination angle of the flow channel is 25 degrees, the diameter of a flow channel outlet is 1 m, the radial installation height is 0.7 m, the radius of the upper wall face of a bent pipe section is 2.42 m, the total axial length is 4.18 m, the speed non-uniformity coefficient of the flow channel outlet is 0.137, flow separation and cavitation are avoided, and the total propulsive efficiency is not lower than 0.5 after the water inlet flow channel is matched with a pump. And parameterization design of the ultra-low navigational speed flow channel under the shortest and shortest conditions is achieved. The design method is suitable for typical stern plate type spray pumps, immersed spray pumps and built-in pump spray propulsion systems, and can effectively promote the engineering application of the pump propulsion system on a special propulsion platform after being popularized and applied.
