本发明提供了一种中央双索面斜拉桥桥面吊装体系及方法,包括主桁架和桥面吊机,桥面吊机下方有轨道梁,主桁架一端与桥面吊机连接且下方通过立杆连接前支撑,主桁架另一端通过斜杆连接前支撑,桥面吊机包括互相转换的首节段吊装结构和横梁转换结构两种,首节段吊装结构的尾部宽度大于横梁转换结构。本发明通过上横联桁架、下横联桁架和后锚固系统一的相互协作,使桥面吊机尾部加宽,从而实现桥面吊机首节段吊装对塔柱的避让,完成桥面吊机首节段吊装尾部过塔。本发明吊装体系保证桥面吊机吊装过程中受力合理、满足要求的前提下,解决了首节梁段吊装时桥面吊机尾部过塔。同时实现了桥面吊机转换过程的低风险转换,且操作简便。

According to the hoisting system, reasonable stress in the hoisting process of the deck crane is guaranteed, and on the premise that the requirement is met, the problem that the tail of the deck crane passes through the tower when the first beam section is hoisted is solved.
