The invention relates to a pure electric bus tire tread rubber composition, which is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 30 to 60 parts of cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber, 20 to 50 parts of high cis-polybutadiene rubber produced by taking rare earth elements as a catalyst, and 20 to 50 parts of novel low-styryl low-vinyl solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the formula adopting cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber, high cis-polybutadiene rubber produced by using rare earth elements as a catalyst and novel double-low solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (low styryl and low vinyl) with low glass transition temperature as a raw rubber system has better wear resistance; and the wear resistance of the rubber material is improved from the above aspects, cutting resistance is improved, and chunking and chipping of the rubber material are prevented.

    本发明涉及一种纯电动公交车辆轮胎胎面胶料组合物,其原料组分按重量份计,包括:30‑60重量份顺式1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶、20‑50重量份稀土元素为催化剂生产的高顺式聚丁二烯橡胶、20‑50重量份低苯乙烯基低乙烯基的新型溶聚丁苯胶。有益效果:采用顺式1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶+以稀土元素为催化剂生产的高顺式聚丁二烯橡胶+玻璃化转变温度低的双低新型溶聚丁苯胶(低苯乙烯基、低乙烯基)为生胶体系的配方耐磨性更好;本发明从以上几个方面改提高胶料的耐磨性,同时提高耐切割性能,防止其崩花掉块。
