The invention discloses a cabin net size forming method, a forming tool and a cabin. The cabin net size forming method comprises the following steps of metal skin and heat insulation layer installation, heat-proof layer laying forming, heat-proof layer curing, heat-proof layer demolding and heat-proof layer allowance machining. According to the cabin net size forming method and the forming tool, the product boundary dimension is controlled through the forming tool; according to the forming method, a process control method is adopted for reducing apparent defects caused by prepreg shrinkage; and the distribution positions of defect parts in a cabin structure are designed, and the defect generation risk is reduced. By means of the cabin net size forming method and the forming tool, a rotary body or near-rotary body cabin product which is complete in fiber structure, smooth in appearance and capable of meeting the design requirement can be produced and obtained; and meanwhile, by means of the forming method, the material cost is effectively reduced, the machining period is effectively shortened, the dependency on equipment is effectively reduced, and the raw material utilization rate is increased.

    本发明公开了一种舱段净尺寸成型方法、成型工装以及舱段;舱段净尺寸成型方法包括如下步骤:安装金属蒙皮和隔热层、防热层铺层成型、防热层固化、防热层脱模和防热层余量加工。本发明提供的舱段净尺寸成型方法以及成型工装,通过该成型工装对产品外形尺寸进行控制;成型方法采用过程控制方法减少预浸布收缩带来的表观缺陷;本发明对舱段结构中缺陷部位分布位置进行设计,降低缺陷产生的风险。通过本发明提供的舱段净尺寸成型方法以及成型工装可以生产得到纤维结构完整、表观平整、满足设计要求的回转体或近回转体舱段产品,同时该成型方法有效降低了材料成本、加工周期以及对设备的依赖性,提升原材料利用率。
