The invention discloses a tower crane automatic operation accurate positioning device and a control method thereof. The positioning device comprises a PLC control center, a servo motor control center, a wireless outdoor main base station, a ground differential base station, a tower top differential base station, a GPS positioner, a handheld positioner, a first obstacle detection device, a second obstacle detection device and an obstacle alarm. According to the tower crane automatic operation accurate positioning device and the control method thereof, the handheld positioner and the differential base station are adopted to determine the accurate positions of the initial position and the construction position of a material, the optimal path of the material is calculated through the PLC control center, each servo motor is controlled to automatically operate according to the optimal path planned by the PLC control center, so that the manual intervention is reduced, the operation cost is saved, and the hoisting efficiency is improved; and the obstacle detection alarm devices are adopted to detect whether obstacles exist around a suspension arm and the material or not, when the obstacles are found, alarm information is sent to the PLC control center, emergency shutdown can be achieved, and the safety accident that a tower crane tower arm is collided or the material is collided on the automatic operation path is effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种塔机自动运行精准定位装置及其控制方法,该定位装置包括PLC控制中心、伺服电机控制中心、无线室外总基站、地面差分基站、塔顶差分基站、GPS定位器、手持式定位器、第一障碍检测装置、第二障碍检测装置和障碍报警器。本发明采用手持定位器和差分基站确定物料初始位置和施工位置的精准位置,通过PLC控制中心计算出物料最佳路径,并控制各伺服电机按照PLC控制中心规划好的最佳路径自动运行,减少了人工干预,节约了运行成本,提高了吊装效率;采用障碍检测报警装置检测吊臂及物料周围是否有障碍物,当发现障碍物时发出报警信息给PLC控制中心,可以紧急停车,有效避免了塔机塔臂发生碰撞或物料自动运行路径上发生碰撞的安全事故。
