The invention belongs to the field of intelligent traffic systems, and discloses an automatic driving clock synchronization system based on a dynamic charging system, the automatic driving clock synchronization system comprises a vehicle-mounted module and a ground module, the vehicle-mounted module comprises a vehicle-mounted control module, vehicle-mounted position detection modules and a clock signal receiving module, and the vehicle-mounted position detection modules are installed at a vehicle head and a vehicle tail; the ground module comprises a charging guide rail, the charging guide rail is composed of a plurality of charging guide rail coils, a clock signal transmitting module is installed in each charging guide rail coil, and vehicle position detecting modules are installed on the two sides of each charging guide rail coil. The clock signal transmitting module communicates with the clock signal receiving module and is used for establishing communication between the charging guide rail and a vehicle; a power grid clock is used as a clock source, and the vehicle-mounted control module carries out clock synchronization according to a received clock signal. Compared with the problem that clock synchronization is not seen, the dynamic charging system is used for clock synchronization, so that the probability of occurrence of traffic accidents caused by clock asynchronization is greatly reduced.
