The invention belongs to the technical field of water airport station guarantee, and particularly relates to a lamplight auxiliary system for water landing of a seaplane in a water airport at night. The system comprises a lamplight auxiliary descending device (100), a water landing runway inlet end light band assembly (200), a water landing runway tail end light band assembly (300), a water landing runway center line reflective band assembly (400) and a water landing runway boundary line light band assembly (500). A safe and applicable overall design scheme of a night approach glide light auxiliary device and a water landing runway water surface light identification system is provided by researching pilot visual light guide requirements necessary for water landing of the water airport at night, so that a pilot is guided to correctly identify and enter an optimal approach glide route at night; and the requirement of the pilot for identifying a landing point and a light environment of a centering reference mark of a water landing runway is met, and the fear of water landing at night is eliminated.
