The underground trackless equipment comprises an underground trackless equipment body; a deformation displacement sensor which is arranged on an axle of the underground trackless equipment and used for detecting the vertical distance between the axle and the ground; tire pressure sensors which are respectively arranged in each tire of the underground trackless equipment and are used for detecting the tire pressure of the tires; and a controller which is connected with the deformation displacement sensor and the tire pressure sensor, and is used for taking the variable quantity of the vertical distance between the axle and the ground obtained in the load and no-load states as the deformation quantity of the tire, and responding to load calculation operation according to the deformation quantity of the tire and the tire pressure of the tires. According to the whole test mode, external equipment does not need to be transformed, and weighing operation can be carried out in time in the loading operation process of underground trackless equipment or when the loading operation is finished.
本发明公开了一种地下无轨设备及载荷确定方法、装置、电子设备,其中地下无轨设备,包括:地下无轨设备本体;形变位移传感器,设置在所述地下无轨设备的车桥上,用于检测车桥距离地面的垂直距离;胎压传感器,设置在所述地下无轨设备的每一个轮胎内,用于检测轮胎胎压;控制器,与所述形变位移传感器、所述胎压传感器连接,用于将在载荷和空载状态下获取到的车桥距离地面的垂直距离的变化量作为轮胎的形变量,根据所述轮胎的形变量以及所述轮胎胎压响应载荷计算操作。整个测试方式不需要对外部设备进行改造,且可以在地下无轨设备装载作业过程中或装载作业结束时,及时进行称重操作。
