The invention discloses a charging station and a management method and device thereof. The method comprises the following steps: identifying that a target vehicle in the charging station is in a charging state; acquiring a historical state of a vehicle owner of the target vehicle when the target vehicle is charged; and according to the historical state of the vehicle owner, guiding the vehicle owner to have a rest in a rest area matched with the historical state. According to the method, when the target vehicle is in the charging state, the vehicle owner can be guided to advance to the rest area matched with the historical state for rest according to the historical state of the vehicle owner of the target vehicle when the target vehicle is charged, so that the historical state of the vehicle owner is matched with the current rest area of the vehicle owner; therefore, the vehicle owner can have a good rest, and the user experience is improved.

    本发明公开了一种充电站及其管理方法与装置,所述方法包括:识别充电站中的目标车辆处于充电状态;获取所述目标车辆的车主在所述目标车辆充电时的历史状态;根据所述车主的历史状态,引导所述车主在与所述历史状态相匹配的休息区域进行休息。该方法在目标车辆处于充电状态时,可以根据目标车辆的车主在目标车辆充电时的历史状态,引导车主行进至与历史状态相匹配的休息区域进行休息,使得车主的历史状态与车主本次的休息区域相匹配,从而使得车主能够得到较好的休息,提升了用户体验。
