电缆端头搜寻及排障系统,包括船体、驾控台、第一电缆、第二电缆、脉冲发生器、第一信号反馈装置组、第二信号反馈装置、主配电板、第三信号反馈装置组、第四信号反馈装置、前桅、信号接收装置和计算机。本发明的优点是:本电缆端头搜寻及排障系统由电缆起始端的脉冲发生器和各主要节点的信号反馈装置通过低压脉冲信号,采用高速数据采样技术,来用计算机三维建模每根电缆的大概走向,从而缩小搜寻电缆端头的范围,节约时间。同时还能通过电缆阻值的变化检测电缆是否存在短路等故障,并能根据阻值变化点的位置确认电缆故障点距离信号发生器的距离;可以广泛应用于修船项目,针对老旧船、电缆端头无代号的情况,节约工人寻找电缆的时间。

    A cable end searching and troubleshooting system comprises a ship body, a console, a first cable, a second cable, a pulse generator, a first signal feedback device group, a second signal feedback device, a main distribution board, a third signal feedback device group, a fourth signal feedback device, a front mast, a signal receiving device and a computer. The cable end searching and troubleshooting system has the advantages that the pulse generator at the starting end of the cable and the signal feedback device of each main node are used for three-dimensionally modeling the approximate trend of each cable by using a computer through low-voltage pulse signals and a high-speed data sampling technology, so that the range of searching the end of the cable is reduced, and the time is saved. Meanwhile, whether the cable has faults such as short circuit can be detected through change of cable resistance, and the distance between a cable fault point and a signal generator can be determined according to the position of a resistance change point; the system can be widely applied to ship repair projects, and saves the time for workers to find cables for the condition that the ends of old ships and cables have no codes.
