The invention discloses a charging and battery replacing method of a charging and battery replacing integrated station system. The charging and battery replacing method comprises the following steps that 1, a charging system, a battery replacing system and a vehicle-mounted TBOX arranged on a heavy electric truck are in communication connection with a station control system; 2, the vehicle-mounted TBOX collects position information of the heavy electric truck and sends the position information to the station control system, and the charging station and the battery replacing station send monitoring information of the working state of the heavy electric truck to the station control system; 3, the station control system locates the position of the waiting medium and heavy electric truck according to the position information, and finds out an idle charging station and a battery replacing station according to the monitoring information; and 4, the station control system sends the position of the idle charging station or battery replacing station to the vehicle-mounted TBOX, and the heavy electric truck is guided to the idle charging station or battery replacing station for charging or battery replacing. The invention further discloses a station system using the method, the two requirements of charging and battery replacement can be met at the same time, the situation of long-time waiting is avoided, and the station operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种充换电一体化场站系统的充换电方法,包括如下步骤:1.充电系统、换电系统和设置在重型电动卡车上的车载T‑BOX分别与站控系统建立通信连接;2.车载T‑BOX采集重型电动卡车的位置信息并发送至站控系统,充电工位和换电工位将其工作状态的监控信息发送至站控系统;3.站控系统根据位置信息定位等待中重型电动卡车的位置,并根据监控信息找出空闲的充电工位和换电工位;4.站控系统发送空闲的充电工位或换电工位的位置至车载T‑BOX,将重型电动卡车引导至空闲的充电工位或换电工位进行充电或换电。还公开了利用此方法的场站系统,可同时满足充电和换电两种需求,避免出现长时间的等待的情况,提高了场站运营效率。
