The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle reconnaissance and strike integrated weeding method which comprises the following steps: acquiring field habitat data, acquiring operation planning information of a target operation area, determining a reconnaissance and strike integrated weeding area, and determining a reconnaissance and strike integrated unmanned aerial vehicle route, spectral data are acquired by using a reconnaissance and attack integrated unmanned aerial vehicle, and the acquired spectral data are stored for standby application; preprocessing the data; and precisely identifying field weeds by using semantic segmentation. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle observing and beating integrated weeding method, in the actual operation process, field weeds are monitored through the unmanned aerial vehicle, meanwhile, the field weeds are rapidly and accurately recognized, accurate coordinate information can be provided for a plant protection machine in the field, and the accurate pesticide application proportion is provided; and the input of herbicides is scientifically guided according to the growth vigor of weeds in the field, and the herbicides are emphatically sprayed at places with weeds in the field, so that the purposes of saving pesticides and weeding are achieved.
