The invention provides a railway track plate vibration monitoring system and monitoring method based on a friction nano electric generator. The railway track plate vibration monitoring system comprises a friction nano sensor, an energy storage unit, a logic analysis unit, a positioning unit and a transmission unit. According to the invention, the friction nano sensor is placed on the railway track plate along a railway line, track plate vibration generated by railway operation is converted into an electric signal by using the principle of the friction nano generator, and the vibration accelerated speed of the track plate is reflected through the magnitude of the electric signal, so that the purpose of monitoring the vibration state of the railway track plate is achieved. The positioning unit and the transmission unit of the monitoring system can accurately monitor the vibration state of the railway track plate in real time. The energy storage unit can store surplus electric energy, and self-energized monitoring of the system is achieved. A cheap and degradable polylactic acid material can be adopted to manufacture a sensor, so that the cost of the railway monitoring system is reduced, green pollution-free monitoring is realized, and the construction of the Internet of Things of the intelligent railway system is greatly promoted.

    本发明提供一种基于摩擦纳米发电机的铁路轨道板振动监测系统及监测方法,包括摩擦纳米传感器、储能单元、逻辑分析单元、定位单元及传输单元。本发明沿铁路线路将摩擦纳米传感器安放在铁路轨道板上,利用摩擦纳米发电机原理,将铁路运行产生的轨道板振动转换为电信号,然后通过电信号的大小反应轨道板振动加速度,从而达到监测铁路轨道板振动状态的目的。该监测系统的定位单元和传输单元可以实时精确地对铁路轨道板振动状态进行监测。储能单元可以储存多余电能,实现本系统自供能监测。还可以采取廉价可降解的聚乳酸材料制作传感器,既降低了铁路监测系统成本,又实现了绿色无污染监测,极大地促进了智能铁路系统物联网建设。
