The invention discloses an automatic identification drive shaft mistaken installation prevention system and a control method thereof. The automatic identification drive shaft mistaken installation prevention system comprises press-in equipment, a drive shaft supporting device, a left steering knuckle supporting device, a right steering knuckle supporting device and a steering knuckle fixing device. Wherein the press-in equipment, the driving shaft supporting device and the steering knuckle fixing device are arranged on the same straight line, and the driving shaft supporting device is arranged between the press-in equipment and the steering knuckle fixing device; the left steering knuckle supporting device and the right steering knuckle supporting device are symmetrically distributed with the straight line as the center line and arranged between the driving shaft supporting device and the steering knuckle fixing device. A first sensor is arranged on the left steering knuckle supporting device and used for sensing whether the left steering knuckle is placed in place; a second sensor is arranged on the right steering knuckle supporting device and used for sensing whether the right steering knuckle is placed in place. Whether the driving shaft is mistakenly installed can be found in time, and more serious mistaken installation accidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种自动识别驱动轴防误安装系统及其控制方法,包括压入设备、驱动轴支撑装置、左转向节支撑装置、右转向节支撑装置和转向节固定装置;其中,压入设备、驱动轴支撑装置和转向节固定装置设置在同一直线上,且驱动轴支撑装置设置在压入设备和转向节固定装置之间;左转向节支撑装置和右转向节支撑装置以直线为中心线呈对称分布,且设置在驱动轴支撑装置与转向节固定装置之间;左转向节支撑装置上设有第一感应器,用于感应左转向节放置是否到位;右转向节支撑装置上设有第二感应器,用于感应右转向节放置是否到位。本发明能实现及时发现驱动轴是否误装,避免更严重的误装事故。
