The method comprises steps of obtaining a central control function information set, state information, driving information, a driving environment type information set, a driving working condition information set and current driving environment information; determining a function activation level of each piece of central control function information to obtain a function activation level set; determining each function activation level and the driving condition information corresponding to the function activation level as level condition relationship information to obtain a level condition relationship information set; generating the current driving environment type information; generating the current driving working condition information; the attention information of the target driver being generated; and generating a current function activation level based on the current driving condition information, the level condition relationship information set and the attention information. According to the method, the attention of a driver during vehicle driving is improved, and the vehicle driving risk is reduced.
