The invention discloses an explosion-proof type wheel assembly. The assembly comprises a rim, an outer tire matched with the rim, a plurality of arc-shaped supporting plates evenly distributed between the rim and the outer tire in the circumferential direction, a bouncing device used for bouncing the supporting plates outwards in the radial direction to abut against the inner wall of the outer tire in the tire burst process, and a triggering mechanism used for triggering the bouncing device to act in the tire burst process. The bouncing device comprises a guide sliding groove fixed to the inner circle face of the rim, a top plate in sliding fit with the guide sliding groove, a driving spring arranged at the bottom of the top plate and used for driving the top plate to bounce out, a ratchet bar formed on the surface of the top plate and limiting teeth. The trigger mechanism comprises a locking pin arranged on the side of the guide sliding groove and used for being embedded into the top plate, a piston cylinder fixed to the surface of the rim, a piston in sliding fit with the piston cylinder and a trigger spring used for pushing the piston. After the tire disclosed by the invention is punctured, the inner supporting plate can quickly support the outer tire, so that a vehicle can continuously and normally run, the vehicle is prevented from being out of control due to tire puncture, and the running safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种防爆式车轮总成,包括轮辋、与轮辋配合的外胎、沿周向均匀分布于轮辋与外胎之间的多个弧形的支撑板、用于在爆胎时将支撑板沿径向向外弹起至顶住外胎内壁的弹起装置和用于在爆胎时触发弹起装置动作的触发机构;弹起装置包括固定于轮辋内圆面的导向滑槽、与导向滑槽滑动配合的顶板、设置于顶板底部用于驱动顶板弹出的驱动弹簧、形成于顶板表面的棘齿条和限位齿;触发机构包括设置于导向滑槽侧部用于嵌入顶板的锁定销、固定于轮辋表面的活塞筒、与活塞筒滑动配合的活塞和用于推动活塞的触发弹簧;本发明的轮胎发生爆胎后,内部的支撑板能够迅速的支撑外胎,使车辆能够继续正常行驶,避免车辆爆胎发生失控,确保行驶的安全性。
