The invention provides a deep-buried tunnel type anchorage splay saddle mounting construction method. The method comprises the following specific steps of step 1, arranging two counter-pull winches near a tunnel anchor portal for dragging a flat car; 2, two parallel rails being arranged in the tunnel anchor pilot tunnel, the center lines of the two rails being consistent with the installation center line of the splay saddle, a flat car being machined, and the flat car being located on the rails; 3, erecting a splay saddle hanging portal frame; 4, after the splay cable saddle gantry is erected, a longitudinal walking device and a hoisting winch being installed on the splay cable saddle gantry; and 5, the cylindrical surface steel support being hoisted to a flat car and fixedly connected. According to the method, the splay saddles are transported by lowering the rails, and the splay saddle hoisting portal is erected in the hole to hoist the splay saddles, so a problem of hoisting the splay saddles in a deep-buried tunnel anchor closed space is effectively solved, the whole construction process is safe and controllable, and construction is convenient.

    本发明提供一种深埋式隧道式锚碇散索鞍安装施工方法,具体步骤为:步骤一,在隧道锚洞门附近布置两台反拉卷扬机,用以牵引平板车;步骤二、在隧道锚导洞内布置两条平行轨道,两轨道中心线与散索鞍安装中心线一致,并加工平板车,平板车位于轨道上;步骤三、搭设散索鞍吊门架;步骤四、散索鞍吊门架搭设完成后在散索鞍吊门架上安装纵向行走装置和起重卷扬机;步骤五、将柱面钢支座吊装至平板车上,并固定连接。本发明通过轨道下放运输散索鞍及洞内搭设散索鞍吊装门架进行散索鞍吊装,有效的解决了深埋式隧道锚密闭空间下散索鞍吊装问题,整个施工过程安全可控,施工便利。
