The invention discloses a marine winch. The marine winch comprises a waterproof welding base, a driving device, a speed reduction transmission device and a cable twisting cylinder. The speed reduction transmission device is arranged in the cable twisting cylinder, the speed reduction transmission device is fixedly connected with the cable twisting cylinder, and the driving device is arranged in the waterproof welding base. The output end of the driving device is synchronously and rotationally connected with the input end of the speed reduction transmission device, the output end of the driving device and the input end of the speed reduction transmission device are each provided with a pressure-resistant framework oil seal, and the pressure-resistant framework oil seals are in sealed connection with the output end of the driving device and the input end of the speed reduction transmission device. A newly-added seal structure comprises the pressure-resistant framework oil seal in the speed reduction transmission device, and the overall waterproof performance can be achieved without changing the internal structure of a whole speed reduction box. O-shaped rings and sealing gaskets at the static sealing position are simple and reliable in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble. Compared with a conventional marine winch, the whole marine winch can be sealed under specific water pressure, a watertight housing does not need to be additionally arranged, and the application working condition is wider.

    本发明公开了一种船用绞盘,包括防水焊接底座、驱动装置、减速传动装置和绞缆筒,所述绞缆筒内设置有减速传动装置,所述减速传动装置与绞缆筒固定连接,所述防水焊接底座内设有驱动装置,所述驱动装置输出端与减速传动装置输入端同步转动连接,所述驱动装置输出端与减速传动装置输入端均设置有耐压型骨架油封,所述耐压型骨架油封与驱动装置输出端与减速传动装置输入端密封连接,新增密封结构包括减速传动装置中耐压性骨架油封,无需改变整个减速箱内部结构即可起到整体防水性能。静密封处O型圈和密封垫片结构简单可靠,安装、拆卸方便。与常规船用绞盘相比,可以实现整机在特定水压下密封,无需增加水密罩壳,适用工况更加广泛。
