The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft fatigue calculation, and discloses a method for determining a fatigue rated value of a connection detail of an aircraft stringer and a skin. Influence of the row number of stringers and skin connecting fasteners on the fatigue performance under the shear condition is considered, the ratio of extrusion stress to far-end stress is calculated by combining the shear flow difference of the upper skin and the lower skin, and the calculated DFR value is more accurate.
