The invention discloses a method for removing rudder blades of a floating production, storage and unloading device on water, which comprises the following steps: A, mounting main suspension lifting lugs on the upper side of a ship tail outer plate and two sides of the rudder blades, mounting lifting lugs at the upper ends of the rudder blades, and mounting rear-side adjusting lifting lugs on the lower side of the ship tail outer plate and the upper ends of the rudder blades, arranging front-side adjusting lifting lugs at the tail part of the ship and the middle part of the rudder blade; B, connecting and tensioning a pneumatic hoist and a main suspension lifting lug, connecting and tensioning a chain block and a rear side adjusting lifting lug, and connecting a sea crane and a hoisting lifting lug together; C, cutting off the rudder stock and the rudder blade, keeping the sea crane at a fixed height, releasing the lengths of the chain block and the pneumatic hoist, enabling the rudder blade to rotate gradually, and transferring the weight gradually to the sea crane from the pneumatic hoist; and D, after rotating in place, removing the connection between the chain block and the rudder blade, and removing the connection between the chain block and the rudder blade. The dismantling method is simple, concise in process, low in material cost, wide in application range and high in operability and repeatability.
