The invention discloses a method for integrally renewing a deck of an oil tanker in a floating state, which comprises the following steps of: a, carrying out staged design on a renewing area of the deck of the original tanker, and carrying out overall strength and load regulation calculation according to the staged design; b, designing new deck subsection division according to the staging design; c, according to a load regulation calculation result, pumping ballast water into a ballast tank in the middle area; d, installing a first-stage new deck segment, and adjusting the deflection of the deck; e, installing a second-stage new deck segment, and adjusting deflection; f, installing a third-stage new deck segment, and adjusting deflection; g, installing a fourth-stage new deck segment, and adjusting deflection; and h, after welding of the transverse segmentation joints and the longitudinal segmentation joints of the fourth-stage deck is finished, finishing replacement of the whole deck replacement area. According to the deck replacement process method for the oil tanker in the floating state, the problem that the oil tanker occupies a large dock period to replace a deck is solved, the dock period is saved by 35-40 days, and the competitiveness of a company is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种油船在漂浮状态下甲板整体换新的方法,包括以下步骤:a、对原船甲板换新区域进行分期设计,并按照分期设计进行总体强度与调载计算;b、按照分期设计,设计换新的甲板分段划分;c、根据调载计算结果,对中部区域压载舱打入压载水量;d、安装第一期新的甲板分段,调节甲板挠度;e、安装第二期新的甲板分段,调节挠度;f、安装第三期新的甲板分段,调节挠度;g、安装第四期新的甲板分段,调节挠度;h、待第四期甲板横向分段缝及纵向分段缝焊接结束后,整个甲板换新区域换新结束。本发明油船漂浮状态下进行甲板换新工艺方法,解决油船占用大量坞期对甲板进行换新的难题,节约坞期35‑40天,大大提高了公司的竞争力。
