The invention discloses a battery temperature control system, an operation method thereof and a battery system. The system comprises a high-voltage control loop, a temperature control unit, a controller, a battery control system and a low-voltage control circuit, one end of the high-voltage control loop is connected with a power battery, and the high-voltage control loop is used for transmitting high voltage output by the power battery to the temperature control unit; the temperature control unit is used for carrying out temperature control on a medium in the battery temperature control circulating pipeline so as to realize temperature adjustment on the power battery; the battery control system is used for controlling the working state of the system; the low-voltage control circuit is connected with the power battery, the battery control system and the controller and used for converting high voltage input by the power battery into low voltage to be supplied to the controller and the conveying pump of the battery temperature control circulation pipeline. The controller is used for controlling the working states of the high-pressure control loop and the conveying pump. According to the system, the power battery can be ensured to always work in a proper temperature range, and the maximum performance of the power battery is exerted.

    本发明公开了一种电池温度控制系统及其运行方法、电池系统。所述系统包括高压控制回路、温度控制单元、控制器、电池控制系统以及低压控制电路,高压控制回路的一端与动力电池连接,用于将动力电池输出的高电压传输给温度控制单元;温度控制单元用于对电池温度控制循环管路中的介质进行温度控制以实现对动力电池的温度调节;电池控制系统用于实现系统工作状态的控制;低压控制电路分别与动力电池、电池控制系统以及控制器连接,用于将动力电池输入的高电压转换为低电压供给控制器以及电池温度控制循环管路的输送泵;控制器用于控制高压控制回路以及输送泵的工作状态。本发明能够确保动力电池始终工作在合适温度范围内,发挥出动力电池的最大性能。
