The synchronous rotating locking lifting appliance mechanism comprises a fixing base, wherein a plurality of eccentric locking pins are arranged on the fixing base; mounting cranks are arranged on the outer surfaces of the lower ends of the eccentric locking pins; the outer surfaces, located on the mounting cranks, of the upper portion of the fixing base are sleeved with expansion sleeves; the outer surfaces of the expansion sleeves are sleeved with gears; the adjacent gears are in engaged connection; cylindrical parts are arranged on the outer surfaces of the upper ends of the eccentric locking pins and are rotationally connected with the cylindrical parts; through holes are formed in the cylindrical parts; bosses are arranged at the upper ends of the cylindrical parts; the axes of the bosses are not overlapped with the axes of the through holes; conical parts are arranged at the upper ends of the eccentric locking pins; the axes of the conical parts are overlapped with the axes of the bosses; and a supporting frame is arranged on the fixing base. A positioning assembly is further provided. The synchronous rotating locking lifting appliance mechanism is simple in structure, space is saved, and the mechanism can be suitable for different vehicle types.
