An upper rotor wing rotor is arranged in the upper rotor wing stator, a lower rotor wing rotor is arranged in the lower rotor wing stator, n blades distributed at equal intervals are arranged on the inner ring faces of the upper rotor wing rotor and the lower rotor wing rotor, the blade roots of the blades are arranged on inner ring faces, blade tips point to the circle center of the upper rotor wing rotor, and the upper rotor wing rotor and the lower rotor wing rotor are opposite in rotating direction and blade installation angle. And the observation control system is arranged on the outer wall of the duct. The double-rotor ducted aircraft has the advantages of less mass additional moment, compact structure, fast flight parameter feedback, stable and reliable flight control, more reasonable rotor wing load distribution, strong deformation resistance of the blades, small airflow flow interference in the duct, more obvious lift augmentation effect and the like.
