When the air chamber needs to be cleaned, a worker can enter the air chamber to clean the air chamber only by unlocking the locking mechanism and then moving the cover plate away from the access hole, and after cleaning is completed, the access hole is closed through the cover plate, and then the locking mechanism is locked.
