本发明涉及一种应对汽车突然爆胎的智能处理系统及方法,包括ECU控制器、TPMS接收器、方向盘转矩传感器、节气门位置传感器、车速传感器、报警信号灯、喷油控制系统、智能制动系统和智能方向盘稳定系统。ECU控制器实时监测四个车轮的胎压并监控其变化,当监测到某车轮爆胎时,将立即做出如下响应:(1)智能方向稳定系统瞬间将方向盘锁死以稳定方向,而当司机操控方向盘的转矩达到设定值后方向盘则解除锁死状态;(2)智能制动系统将启动点刹模式迫使汽车缓缓制动;(3)向喷油控制系统发送信号,使其控制喷油器停止喷油。本发明提供的一种应对汽车突然爆胎的智能处理系统及方法,能有效避免车辆因突然爆胎而引发的交通事故。

    The invention relates to an intelligent processing system and method for coping with sudden tire burst of an automobile. The intelligent processing system comprises an ECU controller, a TPMS receiver, a steering wheel torque sensor, a throttle valve position sensor, an automobile speed sensor, an alarm signal lamp, an oil injection control system, an intelligent braking system and an intelligent steering wheel stabilizing system. The ECU controller monitors the tire pressure of four wheels in real time and monitors changes of the tire pressure, and when tire burst of a certain wheel is monitored, the following responses are made immediately: (1) the intelligent direction stabilizing system instantly locks a steering wheel to stabilize the direction, and when the torque of the steering wheel controlled by a driver reaches a preset value, the steering wheel unlocks the locked state; (2) the intelligent braking system starts an inching braking mode to force the automobile to brake slowly; and (3) a signal is sent to an oil injection control system to enable the oil injection control system to control the oil injector to stop injecting oil. According to the intelligent processing system and method for coping with sudden tire burst of the automobile, traffic accidents caused by sudden tire burst of the automobile can be effectively avoided.
