The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline transportation, and discloses a hoisting device for effectively achieving stall self-locking in the pipeline transportation hoisting process. The hoisting device comprises a winding shaft, a rotating disc is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the front face of the winding shaft, an inclined block is fixedly connected to the front face ofthe rotating disc, and a first spring is fixedly connected to the interior of the left side of the inclined block. According to the hoisting device for effectively achieving stall self-locking in thepipeline transportation hoisting process, when the hoisting device stalls, a movable contact makes contact with a fixed contact at the moment, so that limiting blocks are clamped in limiting grooves,the winding shaft cannot rotate further, and therefore the stall self-locking effect in the pipeline hoisting process is achieved. After the device is repaired, a push-pull block is pushed downwardsat the moment, the fixed contact is further separated from the movable contact, the electrorheological fluid is recovered to be liquid at the moment, the winding shaft can be recovered to rotate at the moment, and therefore the effects that the stall self-locking hoisting device can be recycled, and resources are saved are achieved.
