The land-and-air vehicle 1 configured to switch between a ground traveling mode and an aerial flight mode incudes a body 7, a wing, a wheel 3, a suspension 35,39 provided between the body 7 and the wheel 3 in a telescopic manner; and locking mechanisms 200A, 200B capable of locking extension of the suspensions 35, 39 at least in a state in which the suspensions 35, 39 are retracted by the weight of the land-and-air vehicle 1.
