The invention relates to a pump-jet vector-propelled underwater vehicle, which comprises a central power pump, a plurality of water outlets arranged in a set direction of the underwater vehicle, powervalves matched with the water outlets, and ducts correspondingly communicated with the central power pump and the water outlets, the central power pump pumps water from the outside and sends the water to the water outlets, and the water outlets are communicated with the power valves. By selectively controlling opening and closing of the power valves of the water outlets, water is sprayed out fromthe corresponding water outlets according to the set direction, and therefore navigation and postures of the underwater vehicle are controlled. When the underwater vehicle sails underwater, noise andvibration are low, power is stronger, the energy utilization rate is higher, meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the outlets of the multiple pump-jet propellers, posture change of the whole vehicleis more flexible, and the vector propelling effect is achieved. Propulsion power is concentrated on a single degree of freedom to be output, maneuvering characteristics can be greatly improved, the structure is simpler than that of a traditional vector thruster, and reliability is improved.
