The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an automobile suspension thrust rod based on a polymer composite material and the thrust rod, and the automobile suspension thrust rod is manufactured by integrally forming the polymer composite material and a metal structural part. Two thrust main rods of the automotive suspension thrust rod are integrally formed by polymer composite material, the two thrust main rods are connected together through a plurality of stair-shaped ribs, meanwhile, metal sleeves are adopted at the rubber spherical hinge installation positions of the two thrust mainrods to serve as inserts to be compounded with the thrust main rods, then rubber spherical hinges are pressed into inner holes of the metal sleeves, and the light-weight stair-shaped automobile suspension thrust rod is formed by the thrust main rod with the metal sleeve and the stair-shaped ribs. According to the automobile suspension thrust rod, the high polymer material and the metal structuralpart are combined and integrally formed to manufacture the automobile suspension thrust rod, the weight of the thrust rod can be effectively reduced, the light weight of the thrust rod is achieved, and meanwhile the performance of the thrust rod in all aspects can be changed by adjusting the structure and the material of the high polymer material thrust rod.

    基于高分子复合材料制作汽车悬架推力杆的方法及推力杆,利用高分子复合材料,通过高分子材料与金属结构件结合一体成型制作汽车悬架推力杆;其中,汽车悬架推力杆两根推力主杆为高分子复合材料一体成型,并由楼梯状多个筋条将两根推力主杆连接在一起,同时在两根推力主杆的橡胶球铰安装处采用金属套作为嵌件与推力主杆复合在一起,再在金属套内孔压入橡胶球铰,形成带有金属套的推力主杆与楼梯状多个筋条一起构成的轻量化楼梯形汽车悬架推力杆。本发明通过高分子材料与金属结构件结合,一体成型制作汽车悬架推力杆,既可以有效降低推力杆的重量,实现推力杆的轻量化,同时还可以通过调整高分子材料推力杆的结构和材料,改变推力杆的各方面的性能。
