The invention discloses a false flange tool for an offshore wind tower. The false flange tool comprises a disc-shaped tool body, wherein lightening holes distributed in an annular array are formed inthe tool body, and a lifting ring for lifting flanges with the diameter of 6000 mm or less and a lifting lug for lifting flanges with the diameter of 6000 mm or more are arranged on the tool body. According to the false flange tool, the flange can be used within the range of 4300 mm to 6500 mm in diameter; and according to the field use condition, compared with an original two-piece type false flange, the number of operation steps is greatly reduced, the installation difficulty is obviously reduced, the use range is obviously widened, the number and specification of the false flanges are reduced, the comparison and model selection work before the false flanges are used is omitted, and the use error rate is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种海上风塔假法兰工装,包括盘状工装本体,工装本体上设有环形阵列布置的减重孔,工装本体上设有用于起吊直径6000mm以下法兰的吊环以及用于起吊直径6000mm以上法兰的吊耳。本发明能满足法兰直径4300mm至6500mm范围内使用;根据现场使用情况来看,相较于原来2片式假法兰,操作步骤减少许多,安装难度也明显减小,使用范围也明显变广,减少了假法兰的数量和规格,省略了假法兰使用前的对比和选型工作,减少使用错误率。
