The invention discloses an emergency brake device for the pilotless automobile. The device comprises a hoop side plate, a hook plate top seat, a band-type brake pad disc groove seat, a hub brush disc,a hub groove block and a shaft sleeve cap, wherein the band-type brake pad disc groove seat is embedded in one side of the hoop side plate, and the hook plate top seat is installed at the top of theband-type brake pad disc groove seat; the band-type brake pad disc groove base is embedded in one side of the hub brush disc in a sleeved mode, and the hub groove block and the shaft sleeve cap are embedded into a whole and installed in the hub brush disc. The band-type brake pad disc groove seat is matched with the hub brush disc, and the anti-deviation balloon vibration isolation block and the frame strip propeller frame are erected at the wheel disc body through the net rack traction disc for composite band-type brake operation, so that the high position and the low position of the lockingshaft frame seat are interlocked to clamp the band-type brake plate groove seat and then are matched with emergency brake to form friction of the brake wheel disc body; the balance degree and the anti-steering offset of the friction force of the wheel disc body are guaranteed, a balloon vibration isolation block and a frame strip propeller frame cobweb tensioning vibration isolation frame protector are formed, effective emergency stop of a hub is guaranteed, and emergency brake safety of the pilotless automobile is guaranteed and improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于无人驾驶汽车的紧急刹车装置,包括抱箍侧板、钩板顶座、抱闸垫盘槽座、轮毂刷盘、轮毂槽块和轴套帽,抱闸垫盘槽座嵌套于抱箍侧板的一侧,所述钩板顶座安装于抱闸垫盘槽座的顶部,抱闸垫盘槽座嵌套于轮毂刷盘的一侧,所述轮毂槽块与轴套帽嵌套成一体并安装于轮毂刷盘的内部。本发明将抱闸垫盘槽座与轮毂刷盘相配合,通过网架牵撑盘在轮盘体处架设防偏移的球囊隔振块与框条旋桨架复合抱闸操作,使锁接轴框座高低位互锁装夹抱闸板槽座后配合紧急刹车形成制动轮盘体摩擦,保障轮盘体摩擦力的均衡度和防转向偏移量,形成球囊隔振块与框条旋桨架蛛网张紧隔振架护,保障轮毂有效急停,使无人驾驶汽车的急刹安全性得到了保障和提升。
