The invention discloses an intelligent ice surface rescue robot comprising a vehicle body, crawler-type wheels are symmetrically installed on the lower side of the vehicle body front and back, ice claw cavities are symmetrically formed in the left sides and the right sides of the crawler-type wheels, ice claw assemblies are arranged in the ice claw cavities, and each ice claw assembly comprises adovetail sliding groove communicating with the end wall of the outer side of the corresponding ice claw cavity; a dovetail sliding block connected with the upper end wall of the dovetail sliding groove through a dovetail groove spring is arranged in each dovetail sliding groove in a sliding mode. A rescue robot is driven to a trapped person area, the ice claws slide downwards to grasp the ice surface, and when the ice surface is broken and the ice claws fall into water, a propeller on the lower side rotates, so that the rescue robot is kept balanced. A clamping device slides downwards and clamps the trapped person, and the trapped person is lifted upwards to the upper side of the rescue robot.
