The invention discloses a production process of a U-shaped steel tank and application of the production process. The process comprises the following steps of, feeding, specifically, a cold mold steelplate matched with the U-shaped steel tank in unfolding size is fed to a feeding roller; and roller type continuous cold bending deformation, specifically, a cold mold steel plate material is sequentially subjected to 17 times of forming procedures to prepare the U-shaped steel tank, and the U-shaped steel tank is used for manufacturing a large container ship lashing bridge. The U-shaped steel tank prepared by the process is used for manufacturing the container ship lashing bridge, so that the manufacturing cost of the container ship lashing bridge can be effectively saved; the dead weight ofthe container ship lashing bridge can be effectively reduced, and the light weight requirement of a ship owner is met; in actual preparation process of the U-shaped steel tank, the forming angle of the rear half pass is smaller than or equal to the forming angle of the front half pass, and the problem of corrugation on the surface in subsequent forming can be effectively avoided; and moreover, three reverse bend passes are removed, the average forming angle is 6 degrees, and the characteristics of large grid wall thickness and high strength of a product can be met.

    本发明公开了一种U型钢槽的生产工艺及其应用,所述工艺包括:上料:将与U槽展开尺寸相匹配的冷作模具钢板板料上料至进料辊;辊式连续冷弯变形:将冷作模具钢板板料依次经过17道次成型工序制备得到U型钢槽;所述U型钢槽用于制作大型集装箱船绑扎桥;本发明利用该工艺制备的U型钢槽用于制作集装箱船绑扎桥,能够有效地节约集装箱船绑扎桥的制作成本;并且能够有效地减轻集装箱船绑扎桥的自重,满足船东轻量化要求;本发明在实际的U型钢槽制备中,后半段道次的成型角度小于等于前半段道次的成型角度,能够有效地避免在后续成型中表面起波纹的问题;并且,去除三道反弯道次,平均成型角为6度,能够符合产品格壁厚大、强度高的特点。
